Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

We lost all water to our house and had to have a Plumbing Technician, Josh Lucus, and an Electrician Technician Jasper Driver come out in the same day. They were honest, friendly, and professional. My experience was overall good and I would recommend using this company for same day needs.

Both technicians, Carter and Brian were extremely professional and confident of problem and how to fix.

After receiving a quote for a new commercial water heater for $14,000 from a well known (corporate style) company who did very little to search for possible issues, I contacted NC Plumbing pros. Even with the recent cold snap, they had a technician to my place of business within the hour who diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, fixed the problem for less than $500! Parts, labor and all! Rather than being closed for 4 days and losing business I was back up in half a day! The professionalism was above and beyond. I will only use their service for all my professional and personal needs going forward. There’s something to be said for helping the little guys!

Johnathan was great! Got our HVAC system up and running in a timely fashion....and we had a maintenance check scheduled for next week but he went ahead and did that as well
