I've actually used this company three times. Mark had been out everytime. They have been on time, done clean work and explained what and why they are doing it. Billing and dispatch is easy to deal with as well.

The only place I ever call for heating/AC needs

We all need plumbers at some point. This is a business to avoid like the plague, owing to its predatory pricing.

They provide very high estimates based on guesswork which they refuse to reduce even with information from their installer. The job in question, cited as requiring 1.5 hours, only took 30 minutes, yet they refused to discount the bill. Too many good outfits around (Cary Plumbing) to deal with predators. Not surprisingly, they are not registered with the area Better Business Bureau.

Jamal is a very nice young man, very courteous and professional and did a great job.

Wonderful experience with Brendan. He did not rush the maintenance work on our tankless water heater. He also reviewed general plumbing in the house, explaining several issues that need to be monitored in case problems show up in the future. Very thorough, great communication. Price was extremely reasonable. I will be using them going forward!

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
