Best Frozen Pipe Replacement in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. I called Roto-Rooter to fix a jam in the erator at the kitchen sink. The technician seemed knowledgeable and knew where the problem was.. However, I was surprised by his estimate. It was $340 to fix the jam which took just around 15mins. Luckily I had a coupon worth of $70 that brought the cost down. Still it seemed expensive. Besides that, I like the fact that they work 24*7. I scheduled my service on a saturday and was happy that it didn't interfere with work.
