Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

I had Schwartz reroute a leaking main water line and repipe my entire house due to polybutylene pipes. They got me on the books quickly and finished the work in 2 days, for a better price than competitors. They were more than happy to make a couple extra trips back to address some of the issues that came up from such a big job. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Working with this company was a complete disaster for the beginning! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Appointment time was for first thing in the morning. Technicians showed up at 11:30am. Our project was NOT done with precision and professionalism as stated on their website. As you can see from the finish project photo, the water regulator handle sticks out over 1 1/2 from the face plate and they failed to put a thread end on the water spigot pipe.

Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable. As he was replaceing our toilet he found a problem and brought it to my attention immediately, and he knew exactly what to do and proceeded to fix the problem. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. It was a great expererince and I am very happy with the out come and I would use Progressive Service again.
