Best Drain Leaky Pipes in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Did an awesome job replacing my hot water heater. He was able to quote me through text message. All I had to do was answer a few easy questions and send him a couple of pictures. Quote came in about half what a major brand quoted me!

I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. Have been using Newcomb for years...they are honest and very reliable. Once again, my 12 yr. old system went down yesterday and today they were here within 5 hours of the service call. The tech. found the fault and had me up and running within 15 mins.....with no conversation about needing to replace my old unit......I call that...REAL SERVICE...replace an aged-failed part. When the system does die, I will be happy to buy my new system from them...NEWCOMB & Company...A very reliable name in Raleigh.

I called Benjamin Plumbing this morning and left a message. I got a call back from Benjamin in about ten minutes. I explained my problem and Benjamin explained to me what the cause was. He had another appointment before me and said he would try to reach me by lunch time. He called me back before lunch time and advised he was headed my way. Once he got here he got to work quickly and resolved my problem which was a bad pressure regulator valve. He even tested my sprinklers that I had hooked up to make sure they worked properly. He also had me to flush my toilets and run bathroom faucets to make sure I wasn't losing pressure anymore. I am very pleased with the service I received and will be using him again.

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.
