He was able to replace my water heater within one day of contacting him. He was able to find a water heater to fit my existing space and his rate was reasonable. I now have a great new water heater!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My husband called Roto-Rooter this morning after unsuccessfully unclogging our kitchen sink. Within an hour a service man arrived!! The techs name was Luke #644. He could not have been more professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and he solved the problem in a very timely manner!!! Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I’m very happy to find this company there service employee were are professional. I have an emergency last week my AC stop working but there on call came right away and fix the problem. Today they visited for my summer service check up they are prompt wears protective shoe covering inside my house and explained what’s going on with my AC.

Luke performed amazing renovations for two of my clients. One was remodeling the entire kitchen in a 100 year old home. The finished product was nicely updated and more efficient. Another project he performed was finishing a 1500 sq ft basement in a 1970 ranch home. It’s spanned many months but the project was amazing. Luke is also easy to get in touch with and not flaky like 90% of contractors out there.

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price.
