At the time of the incident Jeremy was unaware that I was planning a funeral and his professional allowed me to focus on that and not the drain. Great company to work with. Needed hot water heater to be replaced. Came quickly after hours. Staff were super helpful and friendly and encouraged me to compare prices with other companies. They had the best price by more than $500. Installation was quick. Would hire them again.

He and his son are doing multiple repair tasks for my church, including garbage disposal installation, exterior door hinge repair, broken window replacement, exterior caulking, and electrical light fixture repair. Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

Love there service but there prices are getting steep. To point may no longer use in the future.
