We had Santy come out and help us with our kitchen remodel. Not only was he on time, he was very professional. He updated some of our old plumbing pipes, installed a new PRV, toilet, vanity, and sink. Santy has years of experience and it shows! Would highly recommend to anyone residential and commercial.

We just moved into a house built around 1964 and recently discovered that the previous owners never updated a LOT of the house including many plumbing items. We called in Eric and his company for a rush job after another sub pointed out that we had water pooling in the crawlspace and it needed to be cleaned up before we could have our mold remediation done.

Eric squeezed us in to his schedule just in time to be completed before the mold remediation. He was extremely professional and explained everything as he went along. His prices are very fair and he was also able to tell us which of the items on our inspection report were necessary versus which were not a big deal that and we could handle ourselves.

The team finished up very quickly and did very clean work.

We will call them back to do the plumbing for our brand new kitchenette in a few months. I definitely recommend hiring EB Plumbing for any plumbing needs 😁

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. I had such an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter, specifically with Bryce. It was really easy to schedule my service, they were on time, and they gave me a heads up before arriving. Bryce was extremely professional and helpful. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was with my bathtub, waited patiently while I decided whether to go ahead with the service, and ended up doing a great job with the actual service. Everything went very smoothly. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing issues at home!

Poor communication. Poor outcomes

North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.

The team does all my plumbing and even installed a water purifying system. Been using them for years !!

Progressive was great, both technicians were polite, punctual, and professional. Martin did a great job explaining everything to me. I booked them through Lowe’s, and Lowe’s was a dumpster fire of a mess the whole process and I almost cancelled three times when Lowe’s mishandled the paperwork, but Progressive was so helpful they made it work. Next time I will book with them directly and avoid the Lowe’s train wreck.

Sediment in flush valve in toilet caused loud banging sound.during tank refill. Removed flush valve cap, turned water back on to blow sediment out of the valve. Problem solved

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

GWE plumbing has no respect for personal property. My neighbor a couple houses down hired these guys and they decided that parking on the street next to my house and continually walking through my yard would be more convenient for them. When I told Mark I didn't appreciate it, rather than apologizing, he tried to argue he didn't need my permission to be on my property. He continued to ignore my requests and mock me for asking them to stop. If you're looking for respectable plumbers in the Raleigh area, I would look elsewhere.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
