After getting quotes from 4 Plumbing companies for Water Heater Installation, we went with Arbor Plumbing as the price was reasonable, owner Michael was responsive, explained everything clearly and in detail. Installation itself took little over half a day, State inspection was also arranged by Michael. Overall happy with their service.

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. After receiving a quote for a new commercial water heater for $14,000 from a well known (corporate style) company who did very little to search for possible issues, I contacted NC Plumbing pros. Even with the recent cold snap, they had a technician to my place of business within the hour who diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, fixed the problem for less than $500! Parts, labor and all! Rather than being closed for 4 days and losing business I was back up in half a day! The professionalism was above and beyond. I will only use their service for all my professional and personal needs going forward. There’s something to be said for helping the little guys!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
