Best Repair Drain in Raleigh NC

We called many 24/7 companies in the area and REDCO Plumbing was the only one available to send someone to come check out our hot water heater at 1am. We got Kay (Kassiem) as our tech and he was super helpful, gave us different options, and got there quicker than expected! He even reached out the following day to see if we had any other questions. Really great customer service, we’ll definitely use REDCO plumbing in the future!

Our home's hot water heater went out, I reached out to Rooter & Sons Plumbing after seeing positive reviews online, and they were at our house within a couple hours. I was expecting only a diagnosis but it was fully repaired before the afternoon! The technician, Eric, who I dealt with was professional and friendly. I would use this business again and I would recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)

Omar is fair and reasonable. I called him because my sewer was backed up and flooding my house. He was available the same day to come and help. He did not up charge me or try to rip me off in any way. Unfortunately, I had called a different company two days before for the same issue. They overcharged me and they did not even fix the problem because it happened again two days later. They did not guarantee their work either so when I called them back to say the problem wasn't fixed they refused to come out again unless we paid them again. Omar came, cleared the backup in the sewer, charged half what those other guys charged, and actually fixed the problem. He also guaranteed his work and promised to return if the problem wasn't solved.

I was so pleased with his level of service and his honesty that I hired him for another job to repair a long-standing problem with the toilet support plate. He came on time and fixed the toilet and reinstalled a new one for us. It was a lot of work for him, he had to cut out pieces of the floor in order to repair the support for the toilet, but he didn't add to the quote. He charged what he originally quoted and didn't try to get more money from us or sell us anything we didn't need. I find him very honest trustworthy and reliable which is exactly what you want in a plumber.

The plumber arrived within time frame promised. Completed the job in an efficient and timely manner and left the bathroom in a neat, clean state. Good Job!!! I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I have used ESR Disaster Hero twice for water mitigation following pipes bursting. Hands down, they are the best company you could go with. Rudy and Ross were incredibly attentive, helpful, and were there for us every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were quick to get back to us if they couldn’t answer right away. Journey and Tyree were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were hardworking, courteous, and they took great care with our belongings while they were moving them for us. They went above and beyond by helping us put some furniture back together once we got moved back in, even though they didn’t have to. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with anyone from the company being inside our home. God forbid that we have another flood, but we know who to call if we do.

He and his son are doing multiple repair tasks for my church, including garbage disposal installation, exterior door hinge repair, broken window replacement, exterior caulking, and electrical light fixture repair.
