Best Heater Repair in Raleigh NC

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

My hot water heater went out and I called on Monday around 10:20am. By 1pm it was totally fixed. Ryan D (tech 2330) was super professional and answered all my questions.

I used Project Services on three separate occasions a number of years ago. Each time, they were thorough and professional. The first time, they were the second company brought in to look at replacing a water heater. They walked me through the potential complicating issues first and did not try to up sell me on anything.

The second time, a different person replaced a vanity and faucet, and made sure it looked right despite not having access to the same tiles. The third time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a shower/bathtub leak at pretty minimal cost.

In each instance I was at the mercy of professionals who easily could have upsold or over-charged me. I really appreciate how they run their business here.

We have an older manufactured home and the main pipe split under our family room. I called Cray Plumbing. They were able to get to me within a couple of hours. The guy was so nice he even befriended our 2 large labs. He had the leak fixed in a matter of about an hour to hour and half. He had no problems crawling around under the house. Price was reasonable. I just received a check from Cray Plumbing. After they processed the invoice they realized I was over charged and they sent me a check as reimbursement. They are a trustworthy and honest company. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
