Best Drain Cleaning in Raleigh NC

I can’t say enough about this company. I called them at 5:00 pm. They came right away. I also like the fact they explain everything to myself, husband and landlord. They promised they will get me up and running again. They did just that. I appreciate the company so much. I’m beyond pleased.

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

One of your employees drove through my neighborhood going 25 miles an hour over speed limit endangering pedestrians lives in a company vehicle. If your employees give this little concern for the communities they work in, I can only imagine how poor of a job they do serving these communities.

Scott was very good in detecting the issue and also helped us correcting out the water pressure.

Was quoted an initial cost of $100 to do a furnace service/clean out, with additional costs for unforeseen repair, and that is a fair market cost. “After” the work was done the serviceman told us that the initial cost was $200, and he took the printed quote he had in hand and changed it with a pen. Classy. Thinking he was ripping off the company, we paid him and called the office, and they told us that the serviceman could make those changes as they see fit. To make things worse, the slob got soot all over our garage that took 2 weeks to get clean.

Considering we were falsely lead, they could care less, and they made a mess of our home, I would never recommend them. As a building professional I will also never recommend their services to any my clients either.

I had gas leak and Omar found multiple leaks and repaired them all. He was very informative and explained everything he did. Great service. I will call him if I need any more plumbing help!!

The plumber was extremely professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem our toilet had with flushing efficiently. He was also very pleasant and friendly to speak to. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I have used Mr. Rooter multiple times. They are very customer service oriented. They repeatedly provide excellent, prompt, reliable service. They are knowledgeable experts who fix the problem.

We called ESR Disaster Hero when a pipe busted and we came home to water everywhere. Tyree and Journey came out and it was late at night. They are very professional and know their stuff. They came out for several days to get everything dried out, carpet and baseboards pulled, etc. I highly recommend ESR Disaster Hero!

Rick did some extensive work on my chimney chase not realizing how much work was going to be involved. Handled the job very nicely and professionally. Had him also power wash and paint my house and shed which was really faded. Due to Covid he had a hard time finding materials but prevailed and everything worked out. Very satisfied with quality and professionalism. I will differently have him come back to do other project. Highly recommended 🙂
