Scott came to diagnose what to be done about our poorly functioning toilet. He assessed the damage, gave us alternative options and costs, and made good recommendations as to purchasing a new toilet. The next day we bought the toilet we wanted, and he came that afternoon to install it. He was prompt, efficient, professional and kind (let my husband watch the whole procedure.) I paid almost $400 for them to unclog/repair my toilet. As soon as they left my toilet was clogged again from simply flushing it with tissue. I’ve called about my complaint and no one has followed up. I had to get someone else to fix my toilet. Zero stars; would not recommend
