I needed a plumber after water leaked (flowed heavily) from a pipe behind a wall in my master bedroom. Lane Plumbing was the fourth company that I contacted to get estimates. After speaking with Jimmy for a minute, I knew that his company would get my business. His interchange with me was caring, professional, and respectful. His technicians arrived a couple of hours later. They, too, were professional and efficient. The men diagnosed and repaired the problem within two hours. Last, but not least, I felt the price was very reasonable.
Jerry was the lead technician. I did not get the name of the person working with him; but, that person was excellent as well.

I plan to use them for my future plumbing needs.

Each service performed by Cary Plumbing over 6 years has been been professional and thorough - never a recall. Most recent call had to be scheduled several days ahead for the first time. They apologized and offered to flag it for any cancellation and their system worked!! They do their very best to accommodate you !! Jason efficiently took care of the problem this time but we have never had anyone we would not have again. Excellent service. Fixed leaking pipe in my crawl space the next morning on coldest day of the year. Clear pricing offered from table of services. Overall very good experience. Nice to have an honest straight shooter come to your house and not try to sell you things you don’t need.

I highly recommend Chris. He was quick to respond and had our underground water leak just outside the foundation wall fixed within hours of his arrival. He completed this repair in the wind and rain associated with Ian and never complained. Thank you Chris for having our water back on in hours when we were worried it would be days. Extra appreciation for doing this repair in such nasty, wet weather.

Hired Omar to hydro jet clean my kitchen drainage. He did a very good job. He’s friendly, honest and knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. I called several plumbers and Omar is the cheapest. I finally have a permanent plumber and will recommend to all my relatives and friends.
