We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

Mr. Scott was awesome! He was very honest, explained what was going on with my hot water heater, and done a excellent job repairing it. I must say their prices were lower than the competitors in my area.

Thanks to Omar, he did a quick and fast service. My fee came out to $150 but I work graveyard and end up paying $250 he came back and said he’s an honest man and doesn’t believe to do that to customers. Man I’m thankful cause it’s Covid and times are tough. I really appreciated it and said I want his info instead of going through my landlord. I gave him a $20 tip for his good work and honesty. Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted. Outstanding work at a fair price, I will use him again.

Ron showed up at that time and was pleasant, professional and resolved the dishwasher leak promptly. I wish all service businesses conducted themselves in this fashion.

After two rooms in our home flooded we weren't sure what to do or what the next steps were, a friend of mine got me in contact with Tyler at Disaster Hero and that was literally the best decision we could have made! Tyler and his team are amazing and explained everything from start to finish and took care of everything! The longest process was working with the insurance company (but we expected that lol) They were always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns and I felt comfortable with everyone we met. I would definitely work with them again and will definitely be referring them to family and friends!

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
