Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Raleigh NC

I called several companies to get quotes and information about a new water heater. This company was the only one that answered the phone immediately, quoted a price upfront, guaranteed that price, and could install the water heater with 24 hours without having to order any parts. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and overall great to work with. I am very happy with my water heater and I would recommend them to anyone!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars because we’ve literally been without AIR FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW waiting on someone to still come and fix it . Everytime we call all they continue to say is we’re still on the schedule for the day but no one ever shows , the least they could do is call us and be like hey we won’t be able to come out today as scheduled but they don’t even do that . I would not recommend this company to anyone please save your money

Rooter & Sons has always been reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Eric Murphy was our technician today. He was on time, friendly and steered us in the right direction as to whether we should repair or replace our kitchen faucet. The job was done relatively quickly and the cost was reasonable. We have already recommended Rooter & Sons to family and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Was quoted an initial cost of $100 to do a furnace service/clean out, with additional costs for unforeseen repair, and that is a fair market cost. “After” the work was done the serviceman told us that the initial cost was $200, and he took the printed quote he had in hand and changed it with a pen. Classy. Thinking he was ripping off the company, we paid him and called the office, and they told us that the serviceman could make those changes as they see fit. To make things worse, the slob got soot all over our garage that took 2 weeks to get clean.

Considering we were falsely lead, they could care less, and they made a mess of our home, I would never recommend them. As a building professional I will also never recommend their services to any my clients either.

Our outside water spicket broke at 0630am when turning it on. Unfortunately, this old house you have to turn off the water to the entire house. Leaving us without running water. Mr. Rooter was the first company that I called that was able to come over and check it out. We originally thought it was possibly a quick job, but man, were we wrong. Sam our technician was with us for probably over 5hrs trying to fix and replace the spicket and pipe. You could tell the previous person rig it. He didn’t rigged it but actually fixed it!! Which we appreciate!! He was very polite. Explained everything to us. And did an amazing job. I 100% recommend him. In the future I will call this company back if I need anything plumbing related, but honestly I pray I don’t, haha. Thanks again, Sam!

I had a wonderful experience with ESR! They came out in under 45 min and were extremely thorough! Miranda put my worries at ease with being knowledgeable and understanding. She dealt with everything super fast! I had a team out and all things cleaned up super fast. Super thankful for her and her help with the insurance. The original rebuild adjuster was not a favorite and it definitely felt rushed only to put me on the back burner.
I was glad to have her help with understanding how things work and what I needed to next.
