I had a somewhat positive experience with this company. He fixed the water pressure reduction valve in my house. He had mentioned possibly having to break through the drywall to fix it and then gave me a quote for the fix. He hurried to get the part and put in a total of around 2 hours 15 minutes from the time he arrived at my home, went to get the part, and then finished the job. I watched him complete the job.

My only issue was with the price. I felt like it was a serious problem and I really should have comparison shopped but was worried and so I took the first plumber I came across. I later spoke with a plumber in my family and they noted came up with a quote from their company, noting that even at the high end, the price I paid was 40% higher than what they would charge. I felt ripped off.

I called to discuss it with him and I was staying positive because he really was friendly with me during the job. I would have understood better if he just said the part was this much money, the work was this much, and so forth. I wasn't even given a receipt. Instead he got defensive when I tried explaining my thoughts.

It's my fault I know. Just go in aware.

Have a set of bi-fold closet doors that I’ve been meaning to have fixed. Finally googled and found Alan, filled out the online request, he showed up that afternoon and installed new tracks. Actually works better than before. Had a few other odd jobs he took a look at and offered advice. Will keep him on my list of go to’s for home maintenance.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
