Had them come out to a rental property for a bathroom leak. After cutting a hole in the wall, was told to put a towel down to solve the bathroom leak. The bill was $300, with no prior estimate given. Did not resolve issue, and hired a general handyman who discovered it was a leaky handle. Paid $300 for unresolved issue. Recommend alternative options.

I was very pleased with Rooter and Sons with the install of a brand new water line form the meter to the house! They also installed a new shut off valve and pressure regulator near my crawl space opening. They even had to bore under my 10 foot driveway. They were on time for the job and had all the materials and tools needed for the job. The experience and knowledge was exceptional! The technicians (Scott, Tyler, and business owner Chad) did a great job! They were 100% professional, courteous, and polite. They paid attention to detail with every aspect of the job. I called Sonny's in a total jam. I had a water heater in an atic leak and ruined a ton of wall and flooring. I had been without hot water for 2 days. My original plumber choice flaked on me and I started dialing. I ran across Sonny and they literally made some time for the same day and handled the job with care and precision.
