Jake arrived early and diagnosed the problem with my kitchen faucet immediately. The faucet could not be repaired and required replacement. He agreed to wait while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a new faucet so I wouldn't have to schedule another appointment! He installed the new faucet in no time flat. Very friendly and professional. They will have my repeat business the next time I have a plumbing need!

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

We had Raleigh Plumbing install a new hot water heater for our home. Their service manager, Dan is a real professional and communicated well to us through the process. Our onsite assigned technician, Eduardo was very courteous, safety conscious and detailed. And we ended up having a small issue after the installation, and Raleigh Plumbing was at our home within 30 mins of a phone call on a rainy Raleigh Friday night. They resolved the issue promptly. Keith is the ultimate professional in a profession many of us don't have a lot of knowledge of. He is trustworthy, dependable, respectful and a pleasure to work with on jobs. I can't imagine using any other business for any needs in plumbing or remodeling work.

Great work, people and price!

Sometimes when the unexpected happens, people (and businesses) show their true colors. A hiccup in an otherwise routine HVAC installation offered a perspective on Raleigh Heating and Air's business values. Due to some confusion in finding my home, work started much later than expected. Despite this, and despite my insistence that the men, who had been working nonstop without so much as a lunch break, could come back another day, they stayed late into a Friday evening to deliver on their promise: installing a new HVAC. And not only did they keep their promise, but they upgraded the system, at their cost, because that was what they had in stock. I originally chose Raleigh Heating and Air because of their price point and salesmanship, but would strongly recommend them because of their excellent values and customer service. They truly went above and beyond expectations. When incurring such an expense on home maintenance, I am fortunate to have landed with a company with the honesty, work ethic, and integrity of Raleigh Heating and Air. By all means do your HVAC research, but keep in mind the qualities, often difficult to quantify, that matter most.

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

Reat Assured fixed a leak in our Backflow pipe. The plumber was on time and fixed the leak quickly. He was knowledgeable about the Backflow and answered questions about other plumbing issues.

Fair pricing and outstanding work!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
