I had a call out to three different plumbers all top rated on yelp and google over a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara like rubber coming out of my hot water faucets. When I googled the problem a whole laundry list of issues came up for possibilities. Two plumbers I called wanted a $99 diagnostic fee per hour and then the cost to fix whatever they recommended. KW Boykin didn’t charge this fee and they were available the next day. From the moment they arrived they were courteous and professional. The issue was discovered to immediately be my expansion tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than just telling me what was wrong and charging me, they took the tank off and showed me the problem. The plumber tapped the tank on the ground outside and the tar like substance was flaking out all over. I was happy that what seemed like a complex issue was resolved so quickly and affordably. I also asked them to flush my hot water heater for me since the price was so good on the other service and they didn’t charge me at all to do the flush and fill. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is hands down the company I will use from now on in the Garner area. They even sent me information on the remaining warranty for my full size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW plumbing!

I had a great experience. I submitted inquiries to several companies and PK Plumbing called me almost immediately. I spoke with Edwin and he offered to come out that evening. He came first thing the next day and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough and did a great job. I will use PK Plumbing and Edwin again.

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

I was told that someone would come out here today between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. but fortunately for me, I received a call from Sean around 11:00 saying they had received a cancellation and could come earlier if that was o.k. with me. I told him that would be great. He arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. Sean and Bob could not have been any nicer. They were polite, went right to work installing new “pop ups” in my master bath, and finished in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very professional, did a great job, and left my bathroom very clean. I will be very happy to refer all my friends to C.K.’s Plumbing. Thanks guys for a great experience.

I was extremely pleased with Kevin's work. We have a complicated plumbing situation that 4 other plumbers turned down and one said it would take 2-3 days. Kevin was cheaper and took less than a day. The results were clean and professional. You can tell he cares about his work.

Came out to do a backflow inspection . They were helpful and provided me a lot of information about my equipment and the city's process and requirements that I was not aware of. All in all the great experience. Will definitely use them again.

He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.
