Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

David (Tech 2379) was so personable and easily recognized my kind of overly obsessive personality--so much so that he took the time to text me pictures from the supply store of possible options when replacing my toilet. He epitomizes customer service, representing the company extremely well. Sometimes I am hesitant to go with large chains because they can be impersonal, rude, and matter-of-fact. I found quite the opposite with Roto-Rooter off Midway West in Raleigh. Quick, timely, professional, and personable. I'll do business with them again and again, and I'll be requesting David!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

I had them come out for electrical work. Jordan the electrician was so nice and did a good and quick job. The price seemed very fair. I will use them next time.

I've had a few HVAC service providers over the past 10 years. Newcomb & Company has the most professionally trained technicians BY FAR, both in etiquette and in knowledge of equipment. They diagnose issues quickly, make suggested repairs and work to find cost-saving solutions. They change the filters as part of their maintenance plans, which saves me a lot of time! They also make an effort to get here ASAP when necessary. The guys are always professional!

I called for water heater service 3 hours after they called me and said I need to find someone else they can’t help me

Very pleased with their service. Dan was able to schedule the repair, which was not an emergency, for the next day. The service tech, Richard, called in advance to alert us to his anticipated arrival time. He was on time, efficient and courteous. Bethany took our payment over the phone and was very pleasant and professional. Many thanks to this team as we live out of state and were managing a repair for a hospitalized relative's home.

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. Very Highly recommended. Our furnace stopped working on a very cold Saturday morning. We called, and within an hour a technician was ready to schedule the job. The technician that came out was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job explaining all of the processes.
He even let my husband watch the repair, patiently teaching him what everything meant and how the system worked. Would definitely use them again!

I had a weird leak that ended up being from my dryer vent tube. Bradly was awesome, helped me be confident in ensuring the issue wasn’t related to any nearby plumbing, and helped me fix the issue. He was friendly, progressional, and my pup liked him :)
