I had a mysterious leak on my living room floor that happened every time I took a shower in the upstairs Bathroom… The first plumber I had look at it said that he could not locate the problem charged me $75 and left telling me I should call a leak detector. When Sam Bailie from Mr. Rooter came, he quickly identified the problem, gave me options on how to proceed and explain in detail What he would be doing. He completed the work quickly and I was very happy with the whole process.

The only reason I'm giving Wake Forest plumbing 2 stars is the fast response to my house. I live in a modular home and had an issue with the main bathrooms shower faucet leaking. The plumbers got here and told me they couldn't fix it I would have to go to Casey's mobile home parts store to buy the peice I needed before they would help me. They were here less than 10 minutes to cap my pipes. Once pipes were caped he said ok you can turn your water back on. Wow. Isn't that why I called you and paying you to service me? My boyfriend literally said to him yeah it's under the house. I paid them $124 for him to tell me go elsewhere to buy a part for plumbing when they are plumbers, for him to cap my pipes, and then him to tell me to turn my own water on. Won't call them again!!!!

He and his son are doing multiple repair tasks for my church, including garbage disposal installation, exterior door hinge repair, broken window replacement, exterior caulking, and electrical light fixture repair. I scheduled an appointment for York Plumbing to thaw my pipes after the bad snow and ice storm I. February. 2021. My appointment was a week out and I called three times to confirm they were coming. When they got here on the appointment date, the technician advised me he was not equipped to thaw pipes! After waiting and a full week and confirming 3 times, they advised me they “don’t thaw pipes”! Incompetence at it’s worst!

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

If you want someone to threaten you and be offensive, then you found the right company.
They don’t care for making sure their customer’s needs are met and will do everything in their power to disrupt your business.

Their reps doing the jobs will use profanity and threaten you.
By far the worst service I have ever dealt with.
