Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

We asked the general contractor who recently did some work for us to recommended a plumbing company to replace a toilet. This is a job I did not want to tackle myself, since the toilet to be replaced was on the second floor. The contractor recommended Meticulous Plumbing. We had already purchased a toilet and had it ready for them. Two guys came out this morning to do the work. They were both friendly and very efficient and did a great job, making sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaning up thoroughly. The lead plumber was Seth, he and his assistant were great to work with.

Very poor customer service!!!! One of Portland mechanical employees ran a stop sign and hit me and I had my children with me. It's been over a month and still nothing!!! I call and it's always the run around. I would give a zero but you can't on this.

I was very pleased with Pro Fleet NW's service. They showed up at their appointed time. After they inspected the drainage pipe underneath my house, they promptly gave me a reasonable quote for fixing it and were able to take care of the problem the same day. They were very polite and explained what they were going to do in a language a layman could understand. I would call them if I needed plumbing help again.
