The team at RR came out same day and dealt with my issues efficiently and professionally. They were frank in their assessments and I got answers to questions and concerns.The job involved a large team to clean up and unclog a basement bathroom but they were able to get everyone there in one day even extended to finish after regular hours without it being called an emergency or changing extra.They stuck to their estimate prices. That being said, the job was several hundred dollars more than I expected so it likely would have been better to get more than one bid if I had time. I guess I paid for brand name in the end.I will certainly consider them in the next job I need, but I expect they will price themselves out of the final decisions.
