The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

Bob Nichols was courteous, prompt at returning my calls and professional. He was able to fix all 3 of my plumbing problems in an hour, charging a very reasonable rate. I am very pleased with Nichols Plumbing and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a local plumber.

Eli was great! I called Apollo drain for a sewer scope on my home and they were able to come out next day. Took less than an hour and they were very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Apollo drain!!

These are the best guys to work with! I've worked with numerous contractors this year rehabing my house and these are the best guys I worked with. At the end of each day they walked me through their work, showing me the progress , explaining what they accomplished and answering any question I had. I would recommend them to anyone and I am so happy with the work they did for my 1906 house that had out of date and illegal plumbing from the previous home improvement owners.

Very prompt and honest. When issues arose they walked me through my options and made sure I understood. They got the job done in the time frame dispute coming across issues. They also fixed additional issues without being asked or charged (my bathroom sink was broken and now it works!) I cannot recommend them enough. I will be rehiring for all future work! We first contacted Meticulous Plumbing to install a new toilet, which they did a very good job doing. Following that, we had them install new pipes and outlet for our clothes washer and a water line for the fridge. They did such excellent and professional work and advised us every step of the way so we knew exactly what was happening. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing project!
