They charged me exactly what they said they would and had phenomenal customer service. I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the market for septic system services. You definitely won’t be disappointed.

Would not tell me costs when I called to set up appointment. Not even a range of possible costs. Once they arrived 2 hours late, they quoted price twice as expensive as other drain cleaning services. But I was between rock and hard place, so I went ahead. The techs were polite and did a good job. But I would never use again and would not recommend you use unless you get a quote up front so you know what to expect.

Awesome experience with Chris and his team. We had an estimate for a faucet replacement in the shower, but once he got into the wall, realized that it could be fixed just by tightening some screws, saving us quite a bit of money. Turning the water back on to the house, an old valve outside broke. We had to turn off the well, leaving 4 houses without water. Even though it was almost 5 pm, they worked several hours longer until the valve was replaced and water had been turned back on for everyone. Very reasonable prices and would highly recommend CCP!

My kitchen drain had a hole in it and leaked into my basement ceiling. It was hard to find any plumber that would come out in the next couple days because they all seemed to be booked until after the 30th. THANKFULLY I found Paul's Plumbing online and made a call! Paul was super nice and was able to have someone come out the next day! I feel terrible cause I forgot the guy's name but he was SUPER nice and did an amazing job!!!! He informed me on everything that needed to be done and if he had to leave to get more parts. I love the work Paul's team did and will definitely use them again! They had great prices too!!!!

Was crossing the street in Salem today and their truck didn't even slow down while I was halfway across the street. I would never hire them for a job.
