Our water heater had a problem. They came to check on it the same day. Isaac talked us through options and we decided to try a repair before replacement. The repair didn’t work, and Isaac was very accommodating while I waffled about which decisions to make. He ended up replacing the heater for us the same day that the repair didn’t work out. He was professional and relatable throughout the experience. He did a very complete and tidy job of exchanging heaters.

Highly efficient, competitively priced, hard working owner operator outfit. Our job was an entire new plumbing system for a smaller commercial building. New pipes, sewage lines, water line. It was a significant undertaking. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, price was great. They were very good about being familiar with commercial building codes and considerations. $265 for 15 min is expensive. A/C,now runs after switching one wire and removing one jumper. Makes occasional rattle, but it does run. Unsure how it ran for 2 years with no noise and then just stopped?

Very pleased with Service Plus Plumbing. The plumber was on time, pleasant, efficient and he worked quickly but carefully. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing in general and how to fix my specific problems. He left the work areas clean and the repair areas cosmetically restored so it all works perfectly and looks great. Excellent overall.

I called up on a Friday at 10:30 expecting to get service next week, but they had a service tech out to my house in 45 minutes to try and find the source of a dripping sound that I have been hearing for a while without any signs of water leaking. The tech confirmed that I am not crazy and it does sound exactly like water dripping, but through his very through evaluation he confirmed for me that it was just the sound of the exhaust pipe expanding and contracting and there is no need for expensive replacement or repair. I am so happy their honest and pleasant service team.

Used these people for water damage restoration. Previous contractor did not reinstall my toilet properly after new flooring was put in. Leaked for 3 months before discovered through black mold and bad ceiling on the lower level. Best part was their professionalism, and positive attitude. Always kept me informed, and they showed up on time. Everyone was very thorough. The rebuild took longer than I had hoped, but am confident that it was done correctly.

We had a leak coming from the bathroom upstairs. Jason came out on time and evaluated the problem. He explained what was needed to be done to fix the leak. He is very courteous and easy to talk to you. He answered all my questions. The leak was repaired. It is very hard to get a plumber to come out when you have a situation that needs immediate attention.and D&F came when they said. I would recommend D&F and use again.
