Horrible service and office staff. Would give 0 stars if we could. Needed results of the inspection for the sale of our home. Got the run around from the office staff and was told it could take up to 5 business days to locate the inspection paperwork because it was with the billing department. Called for 2 days with no improvement and no report. We paid before the service was completed then there didn't seem to be any urgency in providing the results to us. The person performing the work did decide to discuss the results of the work with the buyer's realtor though. Also did not appear on time to perform the work and cancelled once. We never got our report. Also, they kept our credit card info on file and charged us for a service without our authorization! Please don't use this company. You may save money, but you get what you pay for in the end!

These guys are AWESOME. We've had them out a few times for a couple of repairs and the whole team is on point. They are and will continue to be our go-to for all plumbing needs and we are thankful for them.

they really clean up waste water

JAM workers replaced the plumbing and pipes to and in my bathroom and all the fixtures. they were on time and the workmanship was solid. When revisions were required to accommodate the new vanity and drawers for some built in cabinets they made them promptly and without question. they went above and beyond by putting needed structural reinforcements to the floor under the bathtub and did not bill me for it even though the problem was only discovered after work began. They also managed to replace pipes from the basement to second floor without requiring any walls to be torn out. They were a pleasure to work with. i'd definitely use them again

personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I've used them three times now. Justin came by this morning and replaced my leaking garbage disposal. As with everyone I've dealt with there, he was very friendly and did good work.

Unexpectedly had a clogged drain so called Pro Drain; the soonest that someone could come out was the next morning which was excellent. I made the appointment and while I attempted to, and seemed to, repair the clogged drain on my own, I decided to not cancel the appointment just for peace of mind. Glad I did not cancel because I did not tighten one of the pipes and it could have caused major problems. The plumber explained what I needed to be aware of and made sure all the lines were clear. I highly recommend Pro Drain.
