Best Washing Machine in Portland OR

Jacob and Terry were awesome in clearing the huge clog in my bathtub drain. I had gone through a bottle of Drano and when the standing water was still there, I decided to call the professionals. While they were working on my tub, I asked them to take a look at my kitchen drain. Between hair in the tub (daughter was not using the hair catcher) and sludge in the kitchen drain (cleaning after grinding coffee and cleaning ice coffee maker) two less things I can worry about during the holidays!

We are very happy with AAA Drain services. They came as soon as they finished their current job (about 2 hours) and got our drain working quickly. The cost was very reasonable. They are a local business and we recommend highly.

I highly recommend Clark County Plumbing. I came home late afternoon to
a river of water leaking from my water heater. The plastic water shut off lever was stuck and could not be closed all the way without the risk of breaking off. I literally watched water streaming all over my garage floor until Patrick and Shane arrived within a half hour of me calling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Within an hour and a half, I had a new water heater installed and they took the old one. What particularly impressed me was that it was after 5:00 PM and both Patrick and Shane had other time commitments yet they insisted on drying the water from my garage floor and offered to hose down my driveway and clean the mess in the street from what came out of my old water heater. I offered to clean it up myself, and they wouldn't let me. The prices are fair and reasonable and the service is excellent. Great Work County County Plumbing.

Patrick was great. Came on time, very professional. Aside from finding and fixing the leak in the wall, he even discovered a problem with sub-par work from another plumber that had been done on my water heater (overflow tank had been connected with a galvanized pipe, while the outflow pipe was copper with a brass connection --very bad, led to electrolytic corrosion after only 4 years and ruined the tank).

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.

Fantastic service for many reasons. I had a new washing machine delivered but Best Buy was unable to complete installation as they noticed a leak on the hose/valves and told me to call a plumber. After calling around various plumbers in the area and being told there was no availability for weeks, Beaverton Plumbing was happy to give me an appointment within 2 days. They provided me with a quote and laid out the details, which included that there would be a minimum one hour charge plus parts. The plumber came by around 2pm- he was extremely well mannered, pleasant and efficient- he finished the job,replacing the valves with high quality ones within about half hour.

His total time spent working was 30 min, and because the was the nicest guy, he chatted away for a good 15 minutes in our foyer after we signed off on the receipt. Later, I saw that the total time he charged was for 1.25 hours, which was over what he spent while he was here, including the travel time to reach our home. This pushed out total to over $200, which was more than what was quoted. I called the company to figure this out and they quickly refunded me for the .25 overage, no hesitation. I was very impressed by the overall service provided and the cherry attitude of everyone I interacted with at the company.
