Even gave me a call before he arrived. He arrived on time and wore clean covers on his shoes before coming inside. He went to work on the sewer opening that was slow to drain and overfilling on my basement floor from my washing machine waste water cycle. He unclogged the drain and recommended maintenance to help avoid the problem in the future. He ran a quick cycle in our washer to check his work and mentioned a 60 day warranty in case we had the same problem again. Overall excellent service

I had an incident where one side of my sink, where the garbage disposal is located, stopped draining all of a sudden. This occurred on a Sunday evening and I really didn't want to have to wait until Monday to get this fixed. I calle Roto Rooter due to their same price regardless if it's a Monday at 10am or a Sunday evening at 7pm. Jack arrived within 30 min, explained the problem & fixed it just as fast. He was pleasant and professional the price was great!! I would definitely recommend!!

I had been looking for a reliable plumbing company in Vancouver for a while now and I can honestly say I finally found it! Reasonably priced, honest and upfront, no sales pitch on the job and knowledgeable crew. They installed 2 toilets and faucets in my bathroom and kitchen - what they quoted is what they charged. I had a tricky new kitchen sink and faucet installation that I was worried about because it was to be installed in our marble counter. I haven't been here long and did not know plumbers yet. I saw the Panda Plumbing truck at my neighbor's condo and thought that I would try them. Jeremy from Panda offered what I thought was a very reasonable quote and we proceeded. I was nervous because it turned out that the men had to cut some of the marble with an electric saw. However, Jeremy and his partner worked as a team and vacuumed the cut as they went; no dust.
The installation went perfectly and my wife and I could not be happier. 2 hours for this great job. Jeremy and his partner were extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. They took the old sink away, cleaned up and the job looked great. And, it is comforting to know that I now have a great plumber for life. I will obviously be calling them as soon as have more plumbing needs.

Had them do a repair job a year ago. Considering they educated me on a plumbing issue, I figured it would be noted somewhere. I knew this company back when all ratings would've been a 6... Not now apparently. I called last Sunday with their repair malfunctioning.. No problem, figured late or a whenever we get to it Monday appointment...nope, late Tuesday...no water or swim... Guy shows up not knowing I have modular plumbing. Don't get me wrong, the plumber patched the leak (no master bathroom toilet 😒)... But as I write this, he's 24 hours with my plumbing and hasn't bothered giving me an update. Will update as this proceeds.
***UPDATE***
they are ordering a part (supposedly) and I will be without a toilet for a WEEK?

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
