Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

He was professional and explained everything.
We would used their services again.

Vitaliy came out checked the problem and got my tub uncloged, now it drains excalent. Didn't take him long.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Steve provided excellent service with a handshake and a smile. Very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He trouble shooted the problem fast and fixed the clogged drain issue. Will use for any future problems.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Bob put in a bidet for us and changed out the non working toilet parts with ones that flush great! He is the nicest guy and does great work!!! He is so good he got a tip!!!

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Delightful young man from Apollo who came to unplug my kitchen sink. I was hosting guests for a week at my house, so getting the sink unplugged was a major issue.The technician was smart, knew what he was doing, and had the necessary equipment. He fixed the problem in a short time with a long-reaching snake..I was stunned by the bill (which he reviewed with me in advance) but I assume that's what a plumbing fix costs these days.Ladies: bring up your kids to be plumbers.

One of the larger and highly rated plumbers told us that we had to replace our water main at a cost of close to $4,000. Nick came out to take a look and his experience told him that the way the water meter was moving wasn’t consistent with a water main leak. He fixed a small leak in our shower which fully resolved the issue. We came close to spending $4,000 on the wrong repair and Nick saved us. Nice to see a great plumber taking the interests of his customers first. Thanks Nick!!
