Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

Our tech Shane was awesome. Job was tricky and he worked really hard to get it done. Kept me informed on progress. That guys is a keeper. Shane gets 5 stars.Removed on star for communications. We got a text that Shane would arrive in 30-45 min. Turns out he was coming from the other side of the metro and there was traffic. Took him 1.5 hrs to arrive. Your system should include traffic in the ti e estimates and update if the traffic situation changes.

Vitaliy Garbaruk is a great plumber, very responsive, knowledgeable and a really pleasant person as well. I recommend him highly for any of your plumbing needs.

Efficent and to the point. No BS

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

I got this company to install a water heater for us at the new house. They gave me the best price in the area for the same brand! The service technician was prompt and knowledgeable, you can tell he had experience and I appreciated that. I have some upcoming projects and will use them again! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. After calling roughly 20 businesses to schedule emergency service, only to be told it was at least 3 weeks before someone could get out, we were able to schedule the next day with Apollo Drain & Rooter Service. Not only did we get get quick turn around, they arrived earlier (with a prior phone call) and performed the work quickly. I cannot thank them enough for getting us through the heat and getting our system back and working properly. We will need to replace our AC unit in the fall and they have earned our trust and business.

Pacific Crest Plumbing is wonderful to work with. They fit us into their schedule quickly and showed up right on time. They were courteous and helpful on the phone and just as fantastic in person. Nick did an incredible job replacing our kitchen faucet and repairing the washing machine drain line on our old home with quirky plumbing. He worked quickly, pointed out some very helpful things to keep track of in the future, and was mindful of our budget.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!
