Best Sink Plumbing in Portland OR

These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. I'm giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. I'm not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

Daniel was GREAT! Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Most of all, he was on time!

We are remodeling the master bath and removed a wall and tub that was originally there. Needed some plumbing capped off and some lines moved for a new glass shower. Known Vitaliy through a builder client referral. He did a great job with plenty of skill and took pride in his work. Friendly, humorous guy who explained it throughout as I am always curious about the systems in my home. Will call again when the need arises! Priced the job well.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Steve saved the day, again. He was able to clear a clog next day. Fair price, too.

Outstanding service, work and price!

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

We have had Bob out once to sink a new tub and install drain, shower and tub faucet. That was a big job. Today he came out to replace our exterior hose bibs. He is so professional and does excellent work. I think everyone in Oak Grove should use Nichols Plumbing. Bob thank your wonderful service.

My whole basement was flooded from a recent storm. I had to gut and re-do their basements. I have a bathroom down there so needed to re-do some plumbing. I called this company, and they really are great plumbers. Very timely and knowledgeable. They really are the Best Portland Plumbers!

2 smart toilets were installed professionally. Good communication and value. Highly recommend.

They did what they said they were going to do. I have an old house and they made suggestions on how to fix mistakes made in the past. Everything they said made good sense. Pacific Crest was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer. I plan to use them in the future.
