Very efficient in removing our old water heater and installing a new 50 gallon tank. Gary was very easy to work with and he did a great job! Would recommend his services to any family or friends.

At almost midnight, my bath faucet decided not to turn off and the water wasn’t draining. I called and he was at my house in like 20 minutes! He was able to fix my issue and gave me a year warranty! He is very professional and respected my home. I highly recommend this business for any issues day or night!

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

He told me upfront what the charges would be and what to be prepared for in every circumstance. They are really careful with budget, respectful of your space and super easy to communicate with, even in crisis situations. Pacific Crest is the real deal, people.

Had a leaking section of kitchen drain pipe replaced, where I had done all the prep of opening up the wall for access. Two guys got the job done in less than two hours, very efficient and good work. However the billing rate was too high for this job, over $500/hour per plumber. Seems very excessive, will look elsewhere next time.
Edit: they did come back in following weeks and refund some money after review of bill. Result reported as billing error.
