We contacted Sutherland Plumbing at the recommendation of one of our contractors. Ty Sutherland takes enormous pride in his work. Not only did he replace our rusting water line, but he also identified and fixed some other plumbing issues that could have caused us heartache later. He is very careful to present alternatives and list the pros and cons of each approach. He and his team stayed late to make sure the work was done to his exacting requirements. I cannot say enough great things about Ty and his team, very grateful for their high quality work.

When we had need of a plumber to come fix a leaking and rotted out pipe underneath our tub Proline Plumbing was the first plumbing company to respond and set up a time to come check it out. Our crawlspace is fairly inaccessible but that didn't stop their amazing technician from suiting up and getting in as far as they could to assess the damage and provide great pictures. They came up with a great plan and when it came time for the service to be done it was done excellently and very professionally. I highly recommend Proline.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. He helped assure me that everything was going to be okay, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and is one of the most honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

We have used All Pro twice now, both times to help us fix a couple different types of leaks. We had John Aker come over both times. We have had a very good experience with John - he is very knowledgeable, excellent and very professional and detailed with his work. We have also really liked the punctuality and excellent response time to service requests. The overall handling of the tasks and associated paperwork is very smooth. I am so happy with Vincelli Plumbing! I called Beau to come out and look at my pipes. I needed a fresh water re-pipe. Beau is very knowledgeable, personable and actually showed up to my scheduled appointment (which is rare these days) and he fixed the issue no problem. I will definitely use this company again and won't go anywhere else.

Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
