Complete sewer line replacement all the way out into the street. Work was completed and inspected in less than a day. I was given updates and photos of the work as it progressed. The crew was polite and professional.

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. I'll attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and we're quite happy!

Performed video inspection. They. were able to tell me what I needed about our commercial sewer drain and the condition. They offered to jet out the pipe and clean it and had.time to knock out a third pipe we had issues with a clogged storm drain. I really like working g with people who stay and perform other services that may have not been on the original task list, and they knew I wasn't going to be petty and ask the pricing for every task. In fact the bill was very reasonable and helped us tremendously. I would definitely cal th again for another project.

Overall, very good. The one complaint is that I never heard back regarding my question for the remodel plate. I would have selected a preferred style and finish and purchased this directly rather than pay more for someone else to buy it.

I felt very good about my second experience with Crown Plumbing. This time they sent out Rob to my Maywood Park home. I had a pipe that was leaking due to an improperly installed pipe for my washing machine. It had been leaking water into the crawl space under the kitchen. Rob carefully diagnosed the problem and then estimated the cost based on the specific repair not the time spent on the project. For about an hour long project the expense came to around $450. The first time they sent out Skylar for a bit more complicated repair to a frozen outdoor water pipe. It was about a two hour repair for around $450. Skylar worked with me on the price of the materials used to keep the cost what I considered to be reasonable. Thanks you two!!!

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

I have called T Rowe Plumbing on 3 different occasions. They were out within 1 day after calling, very fast service and friendly. He is knowledgeable in all areas, which is so convenient. He also told me how to fix it when I had an emergency, if I wanted too to avoid the service call. But I would rather pay and have it done right. I have had and outside pipe leaking underground, a bathroom and laundry room that were not up to code and needed new pipes. Tim is the Best!! He is reasonable and he is Fast!! I will call T Rowe Plumbing whenever I need help and I would highly suggest this company. They have much faster than Sarkinen or Roto-Router Plumbing, I would of had to wait more than a week for someone to come out. Call T Rowe if you need any plumbing services, Believe Me You Will Be Satisfied!!

Do yourself a favor and read the other 1 star reviews. I don't write 1 star reviews often. And I've taken a week to really consider whether I should but I wished I would have taken the other reviews to heart and hired someone else.

I recently moved into a new place in Portland and had 2 simple tasks for a plumber. Connect a cold water line to my water filter and assemble 2 bidets to the toilets. My plumber in Seattle did these things in less than an hour and charged me $50. It was a completely different story with Detemple. Tom V took 4 hours and charged me $744!

The water filter didn't take too long but Tom said the bidets didn't fit my toilets too well. One he got to work and the other he decided to go back to the shop and find a new toilet seat and it really doesn't fit like it should but he decided he'd force it and spend 3 hours on this job.

Unfortunately, my building only allows residents to use 2 plumbing companies. The other had worse reviews so I've let them know my experience and have requested that residents be allowed to find another company with much better reviews.

The service man is impolite. They are over price and over charge. Don’t use this plumber.

We just moved into a new house and needed a plumber to do some minor fixes. It was super easy to set up the appointment, and even though they were booked out a few weeks, I was able to get an appointment within a week. Great communication via text and phone, it made getting appointments so easy. Our plumber Seth has been supremely helpful. He gave us clear explanations about what was going on, and some very practical recommendations. I'm so happy and relieved to have reliable plumbing service. Meticulous will definitely be our go-to for any of our plumbing needs!

Portland Gas Piping / J&M Services installed a new new gas line for me. The whole process was quick, professional and totally pain free! They even came out in just a weeks notice! I especially appreciate the gentleman who was in our crawl space informed me at the end that everything looked good in our crawl space.. no signs of rodents nor was it wet. It was really great that he took the time to check it out and let me know because Im always nervous and curious to know if there's anything concerning under there, so that was great to know.
