I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Chris did an amazing job at my house. Needed three new hose bibs and he came out, took a look, told me what he would and did just that. No well you need this or that, just straight forward. Also he took me through each step he did, waited w/ while i tested everything, and was just very professional. I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

Fantastic service. Had a shower with a broken valve. They showed up exactly when they said they would and had the entire thing repaired in less than 30 minutes. Will use again!

They don't respond on weekends, kind of defeats the business name expectations.

Great experience all around. Tyler was my technician and was there before the time told so it was great for opening in time. Which we all know if you run a restaurant that the timing is never good for a repair. He gave me the options and explained them all in detail also sharing the impact of each one. Very helpful. We had a clogged drain under the main dishwasher and they used the high pressure method to clear it.The best part is he was there at 3pm, and said it takes an hour. Then he set up super fast and got it done by 3:40, plenty of time for myKitchen guys to get going. Life saver on a day when you need it most. Highly recommended and we will use again.

My first job with them was when my water main broke and started leaking into our finished basement. They came out to diagnose it the same day I called, helped me mitigate it, and were out the next morning to replace it. They coordinated the contractors and permitting necessary to get the job done, and have showed up on time, with notice, whenever they are coming over.

Today was easy: What I thought was a leaking hose bib they determined to be my dryer vent leaking into the gap above the ceiling and condensing on the cold water input. Nick left me with a plan for confirming it and an easy fix I can manage on my own.

Having had a lot of troubles with this house over the years (how many different ways can a finished basement leak?!), the folks at Pacific Crest Plumbing have been refreshingly reliable and easy to work with.

Josh replaced the water shut-off handles under my bathroom sink, and installed a new faucet. He said the handles were very tight, but he got them off without breaking anything. Yay! He was very courteous, and tidy. I will definitely use Meticulous again.

Got a quote from another company for $400 more than Clog Pros. Danny was not only on time but early. Clog Pros called ahead to make sure that was fine. Hydrojetting cleared the clog in under an hour and problem solved. Fast efficient and professional. Definitely recommend.
