Just started working with Bob as one of my subcontractors. So far, really happy with quality of the work performed by his guy Correy and have had only good encounters with Bob so far coordinating the work and choosing products and he has taken time totanswer phone and respondel to texts reguarding questions about project consistently. The fact that I haven't had any headaches or frustration working with him as a subcontractor says a lot.

Reuben came out to give us a free quote. We had four different issues he looked at and was able to give us a quote for all four as one job. There were two shut off valves to outside hose bibs that had started leaking, but rather than an expensive replacement job, he suggested we might want him to try something less expensive first. And it worked! Thank you so much Reuben!
Our house is over thirty years old and while trying to replace the bathroom fixtures for an upgrade we ran into some issues with newer fixtures not fitting the existing plumbing. He was able fix those for us, too.
We were extremely pleased with how quickly Green Box Mechanical responded to our initial inquiry via Angi and how quickly they came out to give a quote. When trying to schedule a time for them to actually do the work they were super fast, as well! And their price was way, way cheaper than the other bid we’d gotten.

When things got unexpectedly cold this year (2020), and I was out of town before winterizing my sprinkler system, I called Dave Lloyd at Evolution Pluming to help me quickly remove my backflow device to avoid potential freezing damage. Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!
