The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

Terry was awesome, showed up at the time set, Did the job quickly and professionly.Terry and his crew were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definintely use him again.
