We recently had an older failing sewer lined and repaired by Sewer Renewal Specialists. A complicated project that involved deep excavation inside a tiny landscaped yard coupled with a required last minute replacement of the water main. Starting with the competent initial inspection work done by Brian and the amazing project management thanks to Joe, you are in great hands. Joe was very thorough in discussing site preparation and options making it simple preparing for the actual project. The onsite repair team (Taylor, Jose, John, and Kamryn) were top notch in their performance and got the job done with professionalism, skill, and care. They worked hard to get the necessary work complete and have our service back by the days end. Site was put back together as expected for such intrusive project. Overall very solid company doing great work and it shows in their employees and final product. Definitely consider this company if you have the unfortunate luck of sewer repair.

Could not have asked for a better experience with Rob and his son. PDX Sewer solutions are very professional at a great value. Had no idea a complete Sewer Replacement would be such an easy experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing hero.

Terry and his crew did a marvelous job replacing a broken ice-maker water line and even did complete clean-up of area. The cost to me was more than fair, I highly recommend Terry.

This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.

Our technician Steve J. Did a swift and thorough job repairing the kitchen faucet. He took his time answering any questions we had and provided full detail what he did for future issues.

Had a slight plumbing issue that required the entire home's water to be shut off until a part was replaced. My wife was on the phone 6 hours trying to get someone to come in until we found Emerald Plumbing

The following day, Scott from Emerald Plumbing gives us a call first thing in the morning. He shows up, accesses the situation and happens to have the part ready to go. He has us up and running in less than an hour.

Back to showering and washing dishes in less than 24 hours. What more could you ask for?

Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job on our house. He is honest, reasonable and extremely hard working. We are so thankful for all he did for us.
Also, he has the most adorable dog that is incredibly well trained!

Excellent Service!!!

They installed a very heavy vanity and toilet in the bathroom, caulked counter-tops and bathtub. Also installed an ice-maker line and kitchen sink plumbing. All employees were kind and helpful. On time and efficient. Used drop clothes on floors. The work was not cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent company that I will be using again!

The very next day I called Service plus Plumbing, Alex came by. It was a bit of a difficult diagnosis, but my immediate issue(no hot watet) was fixed! More needs to be done, but Alex is the only person I want to do work at my house.
Price was pretty standard, but the service part is...priceless...

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
