Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service Josh and his colleague provided on their visit to my home. There were two faucets in bathrooms to replace, a rocking toilet they steadied, and moved an outdoor faucet over a couple of feet from it's old location. A fixed price was quoted for these tasks that was fair and within the range I expected after they covered the options available. Josh and his colleague started their work promptly, worked steadily, explained what they were doing clearly and why, and cleaned work areas well after completing the work. I really appreciate the willingness of the two men to mask up while in the house, and their consideration for the one cat who eluded capture to put in a room away from the activity, taking care to close the door to the room she was in while working in the area. The work was easy to schedule and the office staff make sure I knew who was arriving and when. Josh and his colleague were friendly, willing to explain their work, showed up with the right equipment and tools to do the work, walked through all that had been done afterwards to make sure I was satisfied, and explained clearly what I needed to do afterwards. The entire process from beginning to end was great. I look for companies with Angi's List Super Service awards when deciding which companies to contact, and Meticulous Plumbing's service didn't disappoint. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing needs.

These guys no called no showed on me twice over the course of a week and offered to reschedule a week later. Seriously? Not to mention the terrible bind they left me in. Very unprofessional.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut our water off at the main source. These guys were able to squeeze us in in a reasonable amount of time. I was emailed a name and picture of the plumber who would be showing up (LOVE THIS). He called when he was on his way and arrived on on time. He looked at the job, told us what needed to be done, we approved the work and he got started. He was great at explaining everything to us. He was quick and did a great job. I will be using and referring Einstein Plumbing & Heating again.

They seem nice, and they came over very quickly. They were prompt about returning calls and texts as well, and while I got cheaper rate quotes, their rate was largely in line with the area at $180 for a call-out.

However, despite me mentioning repeatedly to Nathan that my shower was American Standard both on the phone and in my text message, Nathan took one look and was like: Yeah, I don't know. I don't do American Standard. I opened part of it for him and showed him where it was leaking, and he was like: Yeah, you need a new part. I explained that I had already replaced these parts at the advice of another plumber and it still leaked, so could he take a look if something was wrong with the installation perhaps. He just said No, I don't know anything about American Standard, so I don't want to touch it.

He gave me a helpful recommendation of calling George Morlan, and they connected me to a company that will be here in two days, but that means another two days without a shower and we have to delay leaving on our anniversary trip on Thursday morning to let the new plumbers in. This could have been avoided if AACT Plumbing had told me they don't do American Standard when I told them over the phone AND in a text: I need an American Standard diverter fixed.

Great company very affordable and awesome service. An extra special thanks to the two gentlemen that took every added precaution while working in our home to make this unexpected plumbing problem as easy on us as possible. They got someone out here the next day and the work was done fast to get us up and running again. Professional service. I got exactly what I wanted (a new toilet), that works perfectly, with a warrenty. Everything was done in a professional, clean, orderly, on time fashion. Will hire them again for sure!

Bob and his wife dont pay people that work for them the amount of hours that they worked for them, when i worked for bob he would say disrespectful things about his customers, called one nasty and a seal and etc,
