Chris, the technician was very professional. He was friendly and kept us informed of what the issues were and gave us options of how to correct the problem.
After we’d decided on the option, he did a great job of resolving the problem to our satisfaction.

I used River City Environmental based on a recommendation and could not be more displeased with the service provided. I'm only giving 2 stars because the man who performed the service was kind. I was charged more than $500 to solely inspect a root problem; no actual work was done to help the issue. Then I was told the excavation team would be in touch. It has been 3 weeks and no one has bothered calling me - you can't even flush my toilet or use the laundry because of the overgrown roots - and today I received a charge to my credit card without even receiving an invoice. If you need a company that will respond and solve your issue quickly, go with OC drain. **UPDATE: The customer service team apologized and refunded part of the cost**

Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. They also have a good relationship with the city to get permits and inspections completed as needed quickly. You won't find a better team to get the job done right and fast.

Eric from Apollo Plumbing helped me in a severe time of need. Thanks to the ever-helpful company that manages my property (Century 21 Northstar), the garbage disposal and drains for my unit hadn't been cleaned in many many years, causing the drains to block at my unit. Thus, water, dishwasher drainage, and food from the garbage disposals of the 25 floors above me flooded my sink and into my kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. And I'm talking flooding flooding. (I had used every single cup, wine glass, pot, and pan in my possession to try and get the water from overflowing the sink, which still wasn't enough).Erik is truly a king. The royalty of Apollo Plumbing. I don't know the other employees, but I do know that they are his subjects.He arrived within the timeframe I was informed to LITERALLY save the day, which allowed me to get to a wedding event I'd needed to get to that night on time. Before even arriving, he was calmly able to guide me in ways that would help the situation He was kind, courteous, and professional. He showed up and immediately knew the issue going on, addressed it in a short period of time, and even helped me with the cleaning of the dirt, grime, and garbage disposal food that made its way throughout my whole house. Erik had an answer to any problem that arose, and did so in a calm and collected manner to keep the customer (me) calm. Which is not an easy task. Truly, monuments should be erected in this man's honor.Erik was thorough, and documented all issues with photo, video, and voiceover. And he worked hard to ensure the property management company was aware of what next steps he highly recommended (not that they've gone through with any of them, but Erik did more than his job by making it clear what the next steps should be for them).Not only was he helpful the day of, but also has been checking in to ensure that everything is going okay - even though Century 21 Northstar hasn't :)Apollo Plumbing is lucky to have an employee like Erik who goes above and beyond for Apollo's customers. He is a GREAT face for their business and I'm sure a reason why many would be loyal customers. I'm confident Erik will change the day around for any customer he meets.

During pandemic able to get their schedule on time

Natural gas line was leaking outside the house due to a rusted pipe underground. Caliber rerouted the line with new pipe and installed pipe supports. The job was done with excellent quality.

The actual experience with installation was great, but communication prior to the install was spotty at best. Texting was the only thing that worked when asking questions, as voice mail and email were not responded to. Also price was padded to cover what would be needed in a city environment, and as we were in the country, many of the permits, inspections, and locations were not needed, but we were charged for them anyway. The job was bid to take 7 hours and only took two, so I know we WAY overpaid . But the installation guys were great, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Got an appointment in a timely manner (2 days ), Eric arrived early and was excellent to work with, explained what he was doing and why. Wish all my experience with the trades were this good. Satisfied with the price also. Very fair.
