Nolan is the best! Such a nice guy, and professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. (Bonus points for being so friendly with our dog! 😊). We’ve also had great experiences with Nick and Isaac. 3 Mountains was recommended to us by a neighbor and I’m glad to have gotten connected with them - will definitely be using again in the future.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Ward and his son are great, as are the other employees I have worked with.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

I’m not sure why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. It might be because this was part of a repiping project for an entire condo complex? I own one of the condos and on the first day, I came home to my place completely torn apart to the point where it was almost unlivable. Stuff was piled on my bed and things were spilled. I am very tidy and organized so this was difficult for me. During the process there were multiple leaks that I was told were fixed, but continued to come back. Then they closed the ceilings/wall and didn’t put anything back in place. I they tried to put some sliding pantry doors back, but did it wrong and I had to fix it. It took hours to get everything back. Then a month later, I had a leak in my ceiling. I can’t speak to the cost or communication as this was handled by my property manager/HOA. But it has been a difficult and frustrating process to say the least. I’m glad they have been better for others.

John was professional, prompt and provided an exemplary explanation of the what, where and why. I'll be using this company for service moving forward.

YIKES, HELP!!! My 19 year old reliable, workhorse water-heater sprung a very disconcerting leak! Ugh! What do I do?! Where do I go?! Who can I turn to?! A bucket under the spray, a hose to drain, water & gas turned off, head exploding, I head out.

Yay! The jingle answered my distress. I knew where to go! Upon arrival, the building is older, but the showroom is filled with everything from quaint farmhouse sinks, to ultra-modern soaker tubs. Everyone looked professional, observing precautions by masking & distancing. My wait was not long.

Neely took great care of me. Once he got the pertinent information about my broken water heater, he took care of all the rest. There were no disconcerting details to handle. He quoted me a price, & the very next morning, (a weekend) a reputable plumbing company was at my door, draining, detaching, removing the old one, then installing a shiny new water heater. The whole process was faster, & cheaper than I had feared.

Bought a water heater from Home Depot that took awhile to be delivered due to low stock, scheduled Fast to install. The quote ended up being very close to the final cost so no surprises even though the new water heater dimensions were slightly different than what we currently had. Scheduling was quick and the installers were great, they hauled the old one away and no issues with our new carpeting (even had to go up/down carpeted stairs). Highly recommended.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
