Cody was amazing during the consultation. I cant say enough good things about him! Super professional, cares about your needs as well as your budget. The ONLY reason I didn't do the project was due to price. It isn't that they are to expensive, it is just to expensive for me right now.I hope I get Cody again when I have the finances to complete the repairs I need to do!UPDATE: Cody and Nathan are great! Cody has done all of our plumbing projects and is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE man I have ever encountered. His attention to detail is amazing. His creativity is top notch. Our home has many plumbing issues. Some things just don't make sense. Cody was able to identify and fix nearly all of them. Only a few more projects left, plumbing related, until these troubles are all behind us.Nathan helped us by double checking the bids to make sure that what we wanted for each project was being done the best way it could be.I will be a longtime customer of Central Air for as long as people like these two are there. Especially Cody. You both rock!!

While the technician, Aaron, was a really nice guy, I can’t say I was happy to pay 335 dollars for 15 minutes of service. This was NOT communicated on the phone. Turns out my breaker switch has three settings, and it was stuck in between on and off. He told me this happens all the time, and this is how the business stays afloat. While I understand where the management is coming from with their minimum of one hour for invoices, I must say that it’s frustrating to be told that this used to be free and is now going to cost half of my paycheck. The phone technician did not ask if the breaker switch had been fully reset, which would have been really helpful as well.

Their workers are very knowledgeable and professional.

I contracted with DeTemple for a bathroom remodel. I paid the contract price and then they continued to send me bills for work that was clearly within the scope of work included in the contract price. The plumber who completed most of the work was surly and complained constantly. I would not use this company again.

Had the folks at Portland Gas Piping install a new line to my kitchen yesterday. Great guys! Worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and the total cost was lower than any other companies I called. You guys rock!

Never showed up… never called.

Their employees drive dangerously in their company rigs. Weaving in & out of stop & go traffic, cutting off loaded trucks, forced multiple rigs onto the shoulder. Near West Linn on 205 on 7/6/22.

They were quick, fair priced, and did a great job replacing a water heater.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.
