Best Drain Cleaning Equipment in Portland OR

After 37 years of living in house a drain we were unaware of under furnace clogged and backed up into a room of our house. Abe came over and was able to get into a very tight space and unclog the drain. Abe was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks.

Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.
It's very nice to have a professional explain what's going on without condescension or scare tactics or pressure to get more services. I appreciate all the help!

I found Green Box through Angi. They were the first to respond, same day! Jeremy was easy to communicate with, made it out faster than I'd expected, and was fun to talk with and professional while he worked. He discovered I already had the grounding I required for a plumbing job and was genuinely happy I didn't have to spend more money than needed!:) Based on the professionalism, timeliness, and fair/honest business practices...I can't wait to use them for upcoming projects! (I hadn't realized they were more than electrical until Jeremy explained everything they can do)

Bruce, owner at Axiom PDX has always been wonderfully easy (and actually fun!) to work with. I've worked with Axiom PDX now in a number of capacities and their quality of work, communication and general promptness of response is impressive. I'll definitely keep calling them for any project they're willing to tackle!

I wouldn't recommend this company for multiple reasons, but the main one would be the simple fact that they could not provide the exact hours that the plumber was at my location and match that to the billing. They sent me two different bills after the project was completed. I used this company because my building frequently does, but I'm going to go back to my regular plumbing company.
