They listened to my needs and provided efficient services. Some areas in my crawl space were hard to access, but they managed to finish the job. The quality of work was great.

I highly recommend Clark County Plumbing. I came home late afternoon to
a river of water leaking from my water heater. The plastic water shut off lever was stuck and could not be closed all the way without the risk of breaking off. I literally watched water streaming all over my garage floor until Patrick and Shane arrived within a half hour of me calling. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Within an hour and a half, I had a new water heater installed and they took the old one. What particularly impressed me was that it was after 5:00 PM and both Patrick and Shane had other time commitments yet they insisted on drying the water from my garage floor and offered to hose down my driveway and clean the mess in the street from what came out of my old water heater. I offered to clean it up myself, and they wouldn't let me. The prices are fair and reasonable and the service is excellent. Great Work County County Plumbing.

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

Cancelled our appointment at the time they were supposed to arrive and then rescheduled with less than an hour notice. Had a sewer scope done and was charged over $150 more than the average going rate. Technician was slow and rude, was charged for travel time both to and from location. Was also charged $25 for a flash drive. Technician also drove off before I could ask any questions. Called to complain but no one would speak to me. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Seth and Cody did a great job on my home repipe. Each day, I got a text notification when they were on the way, and they wore shoe covers in my house. Since we are at home during the day, I was worried about water shut offs, but they kept all shut offs to less than 4 hours per day and gave us plenty of notice when they were planned. The work passed inspection the first time, and they had someone out to backfill at the street later the same day. I had a minor issue with the work I wanted to discuss, and Seth came out the next week and fixed it immediately. I will definitely be using Meticulous for my future plumbing needs!

Just so happy I found this company I called them out to check out my toilet in my kids room that constantly clogged time and time again I had plumbers come out auger it and leave at 200 dollars per auger this happened 3 times I do realize now I could've had 3 toilets but honestly was never given the options Patrick showed up on time with a phone call apon arrival he let me know my toilet had a very weak flush and gave me 3-4 different options including the auger i then had him proceed with installing a power assisted toilet I was honestly just happy a plumber gave me options for a new toilet as well as angering the toilet with no warranty I have had zero problems since and will highly recommend this company to everyone I know thanks Patrick you saved the day from the incompetent plumbers I've had at my house.

Today we had a plumbing emergency. Another contractor (utility) accidentally broke our waterline. Portland Mechanical Contractors was dispatched to help. When I called, Sabrina was very understanding and did her best to get us a tech asap despite how busy they were. The tech (Eric) was a pro. He handled the problem and we got our water back 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Not an easy thing to do these days. Thanks PMC.
