I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

Joe was a terrific help. After our sink installation went off-course because of a mistake I made, he came back the same day to get us set up. We really rely on that sink, so having it back in action so quickly was awesome. Great service!

Meticulous Plumbing is so wonderful to do business with. Both times we've needed a plumber they've responded quickly and were able to send someone out early - everything was fixed and working like new within a few hours of my initial inquiry. Twice! The team that sets up the appointments communicates very well and Erin is an excellent plumber. Erin was so knowledgeable and helped us understand the plumbing in our house. I used American Leak Detection twice recently, both times the work was performed by John Lyon.

The first job was finding the leak in my upstairs shower that was coming thru the kitchen ceiling. John used many different techniques to carefully check and find the leak.

The second job was finding the leak in my main water service line to the house. Again John used excellent techniques to find this leak.

In both of these cases, John communicated with me explaining what he was doing, and what he found. I would absolutely recommend American Leak Detection to find these hard to find leaks.
