Great experience. Scheduling was very easy, and Max, our plumbing technician was absolutely the best. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in detail. Max was very personable and upbeat, and obviously knew his stuff.

Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. There is no question that this is the guy you go with.

I cannot say enough great things about Green Box Mechanical. I called them for a service repair on my air conditioning unit. I had one other HVAC company come and take a look and told me that my unit needed to be replaced. The cost would be $5000 to replace the unit. The technician from Green Box looked at my system and determined their was a faulty part. The total cost for the service call and part was $350. Green Box was transparent and honest in repairing my AC. I would highly recommend them and use them again for my HVAC needs.

The technician that came out to take a look at our project was nice and professional however the cost he estimated was astronomical. He said our drain for our new shower needed to be 2 in in diameter when our's was 1.5inches. He happened to not mention that the state of Oregon now allows 1.5 diameter drains. Seemed like he wanted us to spend a boatload of money for something we didn't need. Just be careful and always get more than 1 quote.

Caliber did our gas line relocate with the addition to our home in Lake Oswego. Justin was our contact and his staff were great to work with. They did the prep work prior to NW Natural moving the line and his employee returned that day to complete the hook up and made sure we were “back to normal.” Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding service.

Everyone at Lovett was easy to work with and efficient. I had no problem with scheduling and service came within a week. Lonnie was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He let us know his arrival time 45 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the basement drain in our almost 100 year old house, talked through his plans and confirmed what I needed done, and then was able to resolve our problem in about an hour. He used plastic booties to keep the floor clean and wore an N95 mask. The workplace was cleaner than when he arrived. He pulled all that off after being up late the night before on an emergency call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lovett again, and Lonnie seems like a great asset to the company who works great with customers.

Tim Wingo did a great job and fulfilled all of our expectations for what a professional contractor should be/do. The quality of work was excellent and he did whatever it took to get the job done on time and right. We had an emergency with our water mixing valve at our community that houses over 80 residents and he was there to save the day. Thank you and i hope that you guys continue to employ trades workers of his caliber.
