I can't offer up enough praise for the outstanding work Crown just did in helping us move forward with rough in plumbing on our basement ADU project. Their lead plumber, Nolan, provided us with some of the best customer service that we've had with the trades in quite some time. He was super communicative, verified his plans before doing them, and basically kept us in the loop every step of the way.

I was working down in the area too for several days, and as a teacher myself, the thing I most appreciated was the way he worked with his apprentices and helpers. He was kind, supportive, and very positive in helping them learn the ways of his trade. If you get Nolan on your job, I think you're going to be pleased.

Mario arrived on time and was extremely helpful explaining our options for replacing a 25 year old heat pump used solely for air conditioning with a new modern unit to tie into our existing gas furnace. While he is new to Portland and Apollo, he brings loads of useful experience from Seattle which reassures us that the solution designed will be both cost effective and take good care of us as the NW warms under climate change. Mario is a win for us and for Apollo.

Was extremely pleased with the care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and thorough job installing an entirely new system in a different orientation in the attic of a 1930 bungalow completely remodeled in 1992. All the ducting had to be re-routed and a suspended platform built to hang the coil, furnace, and filter boxes.
They even returned the next day to replace a bad smart thermostat that didn’t work correctly as intended.
The following week the air quality for fires in Oregon plummeted, but her new adjustable air filtration unit with a 4”MERV 11 filter kept the air clean and breathable.
I now buy my filters for less through them rather than get lost in the online shopping or big box wall of wrong size filer options.

Jose helped solve a major drain issue with his experience and expertise! One main line was affecting our entire commercial building. Jose was able to quickly pin point the appropriate point of entry into the system and took the time to flush out all the debris, pipe scale, and gravel that had built up over the years. Came in our home without a mask. I tild him I just had surgery and he didn't care. Was super load and constantly spoke over us when we tried to explain anything. Very erragant. Needs to be a lot more professional.
