Best Building Maintenance in Portland OR

I have an old house and have needed the services of a plumber several times throughout the 20 years I've owned this home. After a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter, someone gave me Paul's name. I have always had the best of service with reasonable prices and respectful staff. The best I can say about Paul's Plumbing is that I can always trust what they say. Never have felt cheated or that they performed a service I didn't need. Highly recommend them.

Meticulous' plumber, Seth Mosley, came by to do a review of our problematic toilets and provided clear, informed opinions and advice. Knowledgeable, cautious and courteous, he helped us reach the best decision on how to proceed. We can't say enough good things about him.

This is my 4th experience with Pro Fleet. They always take care of me. This time I had an issue at my rental, and they had a plumber to my house within an hour. I appreciate the speed that they work with, I can always count on them.

These guys were great! We had an issue with our irrigation system not working so I called ALD and they were able to send someone out the same day that I called. Then the tech located the leak within an hour of knocking on my door. He was even able to show me the pipe that was broken. Customer service was great, friendly technician -- very happy.

Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

Lonnie was amazing. Late night on a Saturday and I was next to hysterical and he was calm, professional and got the job done. Can’t recommend enough!

It was interesting because we saw from estimates that Axiom was less expensive than the other folks we had come out to look at our job and we were worried it might be a case of you get what you pay for. When we went on line to check reviews we found several that pointed out that despite being less expensive, the work was outstanding, so we figured we would try them.

Glad to say those reviews were right; The work was first rate, the people were professional and on time and the value was very, very good when you consider they are charging a reasonable rate for the great work they do.

Great work, on time at a good price? What's not to like!

An easy 5 stars.

I wouldn't recommend this company for multiple reasons, but the main one would be the simple fact that they could not provide the exact hours that the plumber was at my location and match that to the billing. They sent me two different bills after the project was completed. I used this company because my building frequently does, but I'm going to go back to my regular plumbing company.
