Called to unclog drain in tub. Also to fix spinning faucet handle. Two crews showed up. Couldn't fix handle. Broke screw's holding overflow cove on. Spent and hour trying to snake. Said they couldn't fix it with no recommendations on who could or next steps to take. Tub used to take an hour to drain. Now it takes 10-15 hours todrain. Never again. $300, and it was worse

We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I had a badly clogged kitchen sink drain and called Rescue Rooter. This happened on a Sunday morning and I found Rescue Rooter online. Brenda answered the call and was professional and helpful. It was nice to actually talk to a real, live person! Tyler was at my home within 3 hours and fixed my drain without a hitch. He started with booties on his shoes which was so thoughtful. He explained everything and told me what procedures he would follow to get rid of the clog. He cleaned up after himself and left my kitchen in perfect condition...all with a smile and a great attitude. Thanks, Tyler! You're awesome!
