I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Arrived on time. Totally courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Completed work efficiently as well as doing some extra things to ensure the problem would be less likely to happen in the future. Willing to do 2 minor extra things not related to the original problem. Will always call Rowe Plumbing and Drain for all my Plumbing needs.

Beau came out to fix a busted pipe in a crawl space. He wasn’t able to make the repair without first having the damage to the crawl space repaired. Like a pro, he coordinated with a company to get that process started the same day. Once he came back to to make the repair, he got it done quickly, but warned that if there back flow, to call and he’d be back ASAP. Lo and behold, the back flow started, and he was back onsite to take care of it within 30 minutes of getting the call. He does his job right and stands by his work, and he wants his customers to be happy. He’s a busy guy, but give him a call, and he’ll do his best to take care of you!

Wonderful people to work with. This was a fix to and fix up of a walk-in shower and it was done quickly and everything that was done was explained well. I have some other plumbing issues, so I will be scheduling them soon.

I can’t say enough about Alex who did the work. He was professional, communicated well and did everything with a meticulous eye. When work was finished even came to my work to have me sign off so I was not inconvenienced. I would highly recommend.
